International transfers can be done from any recording system in the world to any other. NTSC – Pal – Secam are different recording systems used in different countries. Therefore to view tapes from overseas or to send tapes they must be converted. This service is charged by the hour plus blank tapes.
Tapes who are not transfered or converted (including DVD’s) will not work in other countries. For example, a video recorded here in the North-American format (NTSC) will not work in Europe (Pal) because of the different systems.
